Cooperation

GU collaboration prize 2014

The steering group of CERA was happy to receive the prestigious collaboration prize of 2014 from the University of Gothenburg. The prize was presented by vice-chancellor Pam Fredman at the promotion ceremony for new doctors on October 24, 2014 in Gothenburg.

The creation of CERA

CERA was officially established in 2013 based on the long-term collaboration across scientific disciplines and between actors from both the University of Gothenburg and the public sector, such as the municipality, county council, and governmental organs. The contribution and collaboration with surrounding stakeholders in the society, especially in the county of Västra Götaland, is exceptionally diverse. The CERA collaboration has strengthened our possibility to identify central research questions in the area of addiction. The collaboration has also been able to support and initiate research, and distribute the research findings in dialogs, discussions and networks in order to increase the practical impact.
